Ruby-crowned Kinglet

A regular migrant and winter visitor, preferring cedar trees.
Kinglets are small, very active feeders, in constant motion. Ruby crest is seldom visible.
Distinguished from the similar Golden-crowned Kinglet by its partial eye-ring, not an eye-line.
