Black-and-white Warbler
(Mniotilta varia)

A common spring and fall migrant and less common summer breeder.

Birds are frequently found on trunks and large branches. Often detected by their squeaky songs in the canopy.

​Found in the park at Sunset Point and in mature woods throughout the park.
