Gray Catbird
(Dumetella carolinensis)
A common summer resident of field edges and thickets.
Frequently found by hearing it's cat-like "mew" calls. Sings within dense vines and thickets.
Can be found anywhere in the park in good habitat. Check the Echo River Trail parking lot, Sloan's Crossing Pond, and the southern end of the bike trail.
